Good News

Jodi Meadows, our resident Fairy Godmother, has graciously offered to include all the entries that were received within the time frame (that is, before my too-slow fingers were able to post the "Submissions Are Now Closed"). We went a handful over, and she's willing to read the extras.

So there you have it. Relax; have some coffee. Unless you submitted too early and didn't resubmit in time, you're in.

Whew.

Why the heck am I all wound up?

  5. Authoress, You're wound up because this is SO EXCITING. Thanks for all your hard work! I can't tell you how much I enjoy all the drama associated with a MSFV contest. It's seriously awesome. And yes, my hand trembled a little bit this time. But not as much as last time.

  6. Jodi and the authoress are great, I don't know how either of you have the time.

I was hoping there'd be an award for the world's worst query writer.

  7. How exciting! Good luck to everyone who made the cut off and special thanks to Authoress & Jodi for letting more people play!

  9. Umm...are we not able to comment on the queries?

Are they not going to be posted?

  10. Anon,

The SA contest enteries are usually posted mid Wednesday morning. Due to the number the Authoress has to deal with this time (over 50), I'm guessing it's going to be pretty much the same time frame.

  11. Authoress, thank you for making this happen!

  12. So if we entered this contest, does that mean we can't enter a future SA contest since we had to submit the first 250 words along with the query this time?

And are we critting both the query and the first 250 words?

  13. Unfortunately if one doesn't live within the timeframe on the other side of the world then they miss out.
Which is what happened to me.

    Good luck everyone.
