Not really hooked, but I'm not your target audience. I'm sure they'd love it :-)
I did like the title though. 'Naughty boy' sounds like a quote from an adult. I could see Scott's grandmother or someone going on about the naughty boy factory and how Scott must be from there.
Yep, I think boys would gravitate to this one.
ReplyDeleteLove this. I'd keep reading, and I think kids would too. What does he need the worms for?
ReplyDeleteA great start for a book that targets boys. They're in demand.
ReplyDeleteYep, children love slimy worms. I would read more to see if he's going fishing or using the worms to scare someone.
ReplyDeleteI'm hooked. Surely he's going to put these in someone's bed.
ReplyDeleteHooked. Clear direction, raises the question of what happens next?
ReplyDeleteI'd keep reading. Although, I would probably tighten up the writing just a bit.
ReplyDeleteLoved it, but wondered if the title gave it an old-fashioned kind of feel? (Not sure if I should be commenting on the title or not!!)
ReplyDeleteEw. I'd be hooked if I liked worms.
ReplyDeleteHooked.
ReplyDeleteHehe. Loved the second sentence--I'd read on.
ReplyDeleteIf I'm your target audience I'll read on. I personally might not, but that's life.
ReplyDeleteLike it.
ReplyDeleteLove the title but wondering if "naughty" might not appeal to kids? Maybe something that implies it but a kid would think was cool?
