  6. Hi. I completed the submission page and paid but after the payment went through it didn't take me back to finalize my submission. How do I know if my submission has gone through?

  9. I'm dying here. I joined slackbot and all it will do is give me a tutorial and ask for my picture. Do I need to join a group to talk to msfv.slack.com?

      Or just type the URL in directly. It will ask you to request an invite.

  10. Suggestion for everyone -- if you're using Firefox, try switching to Safari. That worked for me. :-)

  12. If you have a different browser, try that. I could not get through on FireFox but was able to post using Safari.

    1. If you're having issues with a specific browser, please log into slack and we'll troubleshoot. If we can narrow the source of the issue, you'll help others in the future.

      Try turning off any adblock or ghostery software if you have issues.

  23. Quick question -- my e-mail that I used to put my submission in is different from my work e-mail that I use for PayPal. Is that still okay? Or will that mess up the submission? Thanks, Authoress! :-)

    1. It will be fine. PayPal notifies the servers directly and it doesn't depend on your email address to identify the payment. It is important that you pay with your real PayPal account, though. Using your neighbors is not allowed. : )
