12 YA Fantasy

TITLE: Master of All Things Small

A large part of me wanted to walk right over to Tomas Murphy and beat him senseless with the bill of my feathery duck hat.

  21. Hooked! I like the voice and the image of the hat. The end of the sentence could use a little tweaking (maybe get rid of "the bill of"?), but I want to know what Tomas did to deserve the hat-smiting.
