Oh my goodness thank you so much! :D False Skies is my baby... I'm so excited. Congratz to the other winners and all the other participants. You guys had some really excellent beginnings!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the winners!!! You guys rock.
ReplyDeleteA great big thank you to Authoress for sponsoring the contest and to Ms. Udden. Also, thank you to all my fellow entrants for your helpful comments. I'm not one of the winners, but I am grateful for the opportunity and feedback.
Congrats, all! Well deserved.
ReplyDelete(There's a typo in the winners--Hallowstone is #30, not #37.)
ooooo Thanks, Leann!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners. Love seeing small steps happen because they can lead to big things :-)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners! I appreciate the feedback and kind agent comments on my entry! (#24)
ReplyDeleteDoes this agent accept YA ASWELL as bio say yes but MA subs said no?? Confused!
ReplyDeleteAnon, I'm not Authoress, but I know agents don't always want to see all the categories/genres they usually consider in these contests. In this case, she probably wanted to focus on adult submissions (but you could still send her a cold query now, of course!).
ReplyDeleteThank you, Krista! :)
ReplyDeleteAnon, Ms. Udden does not have YA listed on her official "agent page" on the agency web site. However, she is now clearly looking for it, so since she posted that information here, it is perfectly acceptable to query her with your YA manuscript.
